Glasgow South: Shawlands

  • 4 x small group coaching at Unite Fitness in Shawlands

  • Sunday class time slots:

    • 4.30 - 5.30pm

    • 5.40 - 6.40pm

    • 6.45 - 7.45pm

Please note that time slots may change at the start of 2026!

  • Sessions are designed to build knowledge and build confidence in carrying out foundational movement patterns in the gym. Each block focuses on 4 exercises. You will learn how to carry out each exercise safely, and will be encouraged to progress the movement under supervision. The main workout does not change over the 4 weeks in order for you to feel confident enough to go and do the session by yourself in the gym.

£55 - 4 week block

The vibe of these sessions is fun, welcoming and supportive. Jan has cultivated a really great culture - a space where you can push yourself, feel good and learn.
