4 x small group coaching at Unite Fitness in Shawlands (maximum 8 people), mixed gender sessions
Sunday class time slots:
3.20 - 4.20pm
4.30 - 5.30pm
Thursday class time slot:
7.45 - 8.45am
Sessions are designed to build knowledge and build confidence in carrying out foundational movement patterns in the gym. Each block focuses on 4 exercises. You will learn how to carry out each exercise safely, and will be encouraged to progress the movement under supervision. The main workout does not change over the 4 weeks in order for you to feel confident enough to go and do the session by yourself in the gym.
